How to Make a Strawberry Daiquiri

For Californians, warmer weather doesn’t just mean that the pool and the barbeque are officially open. It means the delectable Harry’s Berries strawberries from certified organic, family-owned Gean Farms are in season and ready to be mixed into your favorite cocktail. To celebrate, our resident mixologist blended up an easy-to-follow recipe for a pitcher of strawberry daiquiris that’s sure to be a favorite at your next backyard kickback.

Strawberry Daiquiri

(serves 4)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (stems removed)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (halved, stems removed)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups lemonade or limeade
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves

In a blender, combine all ingredients—then pour into your favorite glass! Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a basil leaf.
